Sadachbia Arrow no. 32

Sadachbia means “the lucky stars of the tents” in Arabic — a name given by nomadic people who used this star’s rising to mark the arrival of spring. Time to unpack. Time to stay a while. Time to call somewhere home.

This arrow is stripes: turquoise, red, white, and brown layered together. Desert and sea. Natural turkey feather fletch, hand-sculpted. Hand-shaped cedar shaft.
