This set started with a living room. I came across an interior that stopped me — the palette, the restraint, the way simple colors and textures together felt like something deeply considered. I wanted to make it into arrows.
I chose five: off-white and beige with texture (Mirzam), emperor’s gold color blocks (Er Rai), all black tone-on-tone (Wezen), off-white with brown eclectic pattern (Nashira), and light grey with white brushstrokes (Tseen Ke). Wood tones, soft neutrals, one bold gold, one absolute black. Together they feel like a room that has been lived in with intention.
I named this set after Sculptor — the constellation of the sculptor’s studio, named in the 18th century by the French astronomer who mapped the southern sky and dedicated constellations to the tools of art. A constellation for the space where making happens.
Five hand-shaped cedar arrows, all hardware new, all paint and fletch by hand. Made in Los Angeles. One of a kind.
