Izar has two names and both are extraordinary. In Arabic, Izar means “the veil.” In Latin, astronomers named it Pulcherrima – “the loveliest.” It is a binary star in Boötes the Herdsman, a warm orange giant paired with a cool blue companion – two stars so different in color that through a telescope they glow like a jewel. One of the most beautiful double stars in the sky, named twice for its beauty.
This arrow is chunky golden yellow and white stripes – bold, warm, confident. Bleached turkey feather fletch, naturally shed. Cedar shaft, stained, finished, and branded with the Hotfelt mark. Approx. 23¼ inches. Made in Los Angeles. One of a kind.
